This project is to explore the feasibility of constructing an expanded conference center & resort on the recently acquired south portion of the Cho-Yeh site. It consists of master planning, new construction, bike trails, completely new infrastructure, sports area, a new lake, and two ponds.

The site has provided greater opportunities with space to expand as well as more design challenges due to the topography changes.

The new, approximately $6 million, project encompasses a conference center building, dinning/banquet building, lodging, and a workout facility
