Purpose:  The purpose of the Holocaust Garden of Remembrance at King’s Harbor in Kingwood, Texas is to illustrate for children the experience of children during the Holocaust at the Jasenovac Camp and other European locations using painting, sculpture, music, and physical structures in a way that honors those who survived, serves as a memorial to the victims, educates the public, and compels visitors to say, “Never again!” in their own communities.

Huerta & Associates Architects teamed with Lauren Griffith Associates Landscape Architecture and Planning to provide design services to The Crossover Project.

Huerta & Associates designed the entrance gate based on similar gates located in Europe.  Lauren Griffith Associates designed the garden and exhibits.
