Ishita was born in India and has lived in Indonesia, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, and the United States.  She has traveled to Austria, Germany, France, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Italy.  Her interest in architecture came from her travels and exploration.

 

She is an extremely organized member to our team, and as such, brings her organization and management skills to the firm’s projects.  She is proficient with project management and building information management software and monitors the firm’s managing and scheduling efforts.

 

Ishita received a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University.

Her university education included a semester of architectural study in Castiglione Fiorentino, Italy.

 

Prior to joining Huerta & Associates Architects, Ishita served a three-month internship in the Facilities and Construction Department at San Jacinto Community Community College.  She documented and evaluated existing facilities at the college’s three campuses in order to determine the efficiency and quality of the facilities.
